Downtown Las Vegas Condos, Lofts, High-rises, and Unique Condominiums
People from all walks of life are migrating to the urban lofts and condos in Downtown Las Vegas.
Take Chris Shelton. This former contestant on the TV reality show “The Apprentice, lives at SoHo Lofts. This is his first loft and he says he became used to an urban downtown ambience while living in Manhattan. He likes the SoHo Lofts’ downtown location and the design features create a New York City type of vibe.
Robert Pittman, hotel manager at Wynn Las Vegas, also lives at SoHo Lofts . For Pittman, loft living is all about the flow created by having no real barriers. About 1,600 of his loft’s 2,000 square feet make up one room. “There’s nothing separating any space. You do the laundry, the cooking, everything at one time, and it’s easily manageable.” While Robert likes the open space in his loft, he has purchased partition screens by Pennsylvania woodworker George Nakashima. He uses these screens to create subspaces within the room. “If I get bored with one layout, I can just change it up.”
